PUBLIC LIBRARIES

- Anna Porter Public Library, 207 Cherokee Orchard Road, Gatlinburg 436-5588.
Construction of a new library near Gatlinburg-Pittman High School is expected to begin soon, thanks to a Commission donation and a community fund-raising campaign.

- Sevier County Main Library, 321 Court Avenue, Sevierville 453-3532.
Construction is expected to begin soon on a new main library behind City Hall, on land donated for the facility. A fund-raising campaign is under way.
